This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in people operations, HR, or related fields, eager to grow and make an impact.

The People Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations of the People Team and assist in the implementation of HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting our people in achieving their potential.

Job Details

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
  • Support in the execution of employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events, workshops, and recognition programs.
  • Assist with employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and other HR-related matters.
  • Help prepare HR reports and assist with data entry for performance management and payroll purposes.
  • Support the People Team in driving initiatives related to company culture, training, and development.
  • Assist with maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documentation for employee exits, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • Stay up to date with HR best practices and local labor laws to ensure compliance.
  • Any other task or project assigned by your Line Manager

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations 
  • A strong interest in Human Resources and employee well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
